  • Mowing, edging, and lawn maintenance
  • Garden bed design and mulch installation
  • Plant transplanting and bush trimming
  • Seasonal leaf removal
  • Deck and patio construction

3. Quotes & Estimates

We offer free estimates for all of our services. Estimates provided through our website, over the phone, or in person are non-binding and are intended to give you a general idea of project costs. Final pricing is agreed upon before work begins and may vary based on the actual scope and conditions of the project.

4. Payment Terms

A deposit is required upfront before work begins on your project. The specific deposit amount will be communicated and agreed upon before the start of the project. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the work.

Payment terms are outlined in the individual service agreement provided for each project. Lucky Landscapes reserves the right to pause or discontinue work if payment terms are not met.

5. Service Area

Lucky Landscapes primarily serves Southeast Nebraska. Availability for projects outside of this area may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us to discuss your project location.

6. Project Scheduling

Project timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather conditions, material availability, or other factors beyond our control. We will communicate any significant changes to your project timeline as soon as possible.

7. Satisfaction & Warranty

We take pride in our work and strive for 100% client satisfaction. If you have any concerns about the quality of our work, please contact us within 30 days of project completion and we will work with you to address the issue.

8. Limitation of Liability

Lucky Landscapes shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

We are not responsible for damage to underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or other buried infrastructure that was not disclosed or marked prior to the start of work.

9. Website Use

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not:

  • Infringe on the rights of others
  • Restrict or inhibit anyone else's use of the website
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website
